Tiny Harbor Days is relaxed by design, but there's still a smart way to grow that avoids the slow patches. The key is not spreading your upgrades too thin early on.

We focused everything on the dock first. A better dock means more and bigger boats, and boats are your main income, so every upgrade there speeds up everything else afterward.

Arrange your shops close to the dock too. Villagers path faster when things are near the water, and that small layout choice noticeably bumped our throughput without any extra cost.

Beyond that, just enjoy it. This isn't a game to optimize into the ground — check in a few times a day, tidy the town, and watch it slowly bloom. That gentle rhythm is the whole appeal.
